Alligat0r overview
Alligat0r is an aggregator that compares instant-exchange quotes across providers and routes no-account swaps to them. It ranks last, fifteenth of the 15 instant exchangers we track, mainly because the signals we can measure are weak or unconfirmed.
How aggregation works
Rather than running its own desk, Alligat0r forwards your order to a partner exchanger, which takes custody and delivers the funds during the swap. The reliability of any swap therefore rests with the underlying provider, and a dispute can involve both parties. Confirm which partner is fulfilling your order before you send.
What we measured
- Latency: our probe measured a slow response around 611 ms.
- Track record: we could not confirm a reliable operating history, so we make no longevity claim.
- Status transparency: no dedicated public status page was found.
Caveats
No account is needed to begin, but the fulfilling partner sets its own verification policy. We do not verify the quoted rates or fees, which can change at execution. Given the slow probe response and thin verified history, treat it cautiously: test small and read the partner details before committing.
Fit
It may help users compare options, but its weak measured signals make it a low-confidence choice relative to the longer-established aggregators and desks in our table.
