How the service works
Like most instant exchangers, ChangeNOW takes brief custody of your deposit while it sources liquidity, then sends the output. That float model is the core trade-off of the category: the exchange fronts the swap, so a swap can fail, stall, or fall to a support ticket if liquidity or on-chain conditions move against it. You send first and receive second, which is why counterparty reliability matters more here than headline rates.
