ChangeNOW is an instant crypto exchange that swaps one asset for another without an account or a stored balance. You send coins to a one-time address and get the new coin in your own wallet 2. It is run by CHN Group LLC, a company incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines 1. Over time ChangeNOW has added a wallet app, an account tier called ChangeNOW Pro, staking, loans and APIs 8. Two rules shape who can use it. US, UK, Indian and Russian residents are barred from the no-account service. Residents of the EU and several other markets must pass KYC before swapping 34.
The Terms of Service (updated September 18, 2026) identify CHN Group LLC as the operator. It is registered as Company No. 3010 LLC 2023 at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The Terms are governed by that country's law, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction 1. In the Kyrgyz Republic, services may be provided through CJSC "AimTech", which the Terms describe as a licensed virtual asset service provider 1. The company says it has been in business for nine years and has about 5,000 API partners 11.
The products differ in who controls the funds. This profile covers mainly the swap service.
Classic rate. The quote is indicative. The actual rate is set when your payment is accepted, which is typically after six block confirmations. If the market moves sharply, you may be offered the current rate or a refund minus fees 25.
Fixed rate. The quote is guaranteed only if you send the exact amount within 4 minutes of creating the exchange. Late or different amounts are refunded minus fees, or processed at the classic rate 6.
ChangeNOW does not charge a separate visible fee. Its margin is included in the final rate you are quoted 5. You also pay:

The Terms prohibit people located in, or resident or citizens of, the United Kingdom, United States and India. They also exclude people located in or resident of Russia, and UN-sanctioned countries 4. US residents are an exception: the Terms say they can use the service after creating an account under the ChangeNOW Pro terms 4. ChangeNOW can block access by IP address. The Terms also let it seize funds sent from prohibited jurisdictions and donate them to charity 4. That clause carries real loss risk for anyone who ignores the restrictions.
ChangeNOW says it does not hold deposits or balances 29. That changes during an investigation. The Terms let it freeze an exchange for as long as a KYC review needs and move the funds to cold storage in the meantime 3. Other practical points:
ChangeNOW has also frozen funds traced to hacks. In June 2019 it stopped 500,000 XRP from the GateHub theft for return to GateHub. About 2 million XRP had already passed through before the attacker's addresses were blacklisted 12.
