November 2025: xUSD, deUSD and USDX exposure.
outcome unclear- What happened. In early October 2025, Re7 added Stream Finance's xUSD as collateral in an Earn vault on Plasma. Re7 later found that Stream had been borrowing USDT0 against its own xUSD 11. When xUSD collapsed, Re7 disclosed $14.65 million of exposure in that isolated Plasma cluster on Euler. It also disclosed $12.75 million to Elixir's sdeUSD/deUSD across four Euler and Morpho markets 10. A further exposure was to Stable Labs' USDX on BNB Chain, where Re7 cut caps and enabled partial liquidations together with Lista DAO 11. See stablecoin depeg.
- Knock-on effects. Hyperithm said 30% of deposits in its own Euler USDT vault on Plasma were locked in a Re7 Labs vault 14.
- Recovery. Re7 said its deUSD/sdeUSD positions were repaid by November 6 and that its Morpho World Chain deUSD position was "fully restored" 1113. It hired the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman to pursue repayment from Stream and Stable Labs 13. Re7 said its mRe7YIELD and mRe7BTC strategies were not affected 10.
- Verdict. The deUSD exposure was recovered by Re7's account. No resolution of the xUSD loss on Plasma was found in sources published after November 2025.
