LetsExchange overview
LetsExchange is a registration-free instant exchange with a broad list of supported coins, drawing on aggregated liquidity to fill swaps. It ranks eighth of the 15 instant exchangers we track. You can begin a swap without opening an account.
How it works
You send the asset you hold and receive the counter-asset at your own wallet, with the service taking brief custody in between and sourcing liquidity, in part from partner venues. The trade-off is the category standard: the swap depends on delivery, and issues are resolved through support rather than automatically on-chain. Rate type and settlement time vary by pair.
What we measured
- Track record: about six and a half years of operating history by our records.
- Latency: our probe measured roughly 301 ms.
- Status transparency: no dedicated public status page was found.
Caveats
No account is required to start, though verification can be requested on transactions flagged by compliance systems. We do not verify fees or rates. Confirm the quote and network fees, and test a small amount first on any pair you have not used before.
What a broad coin list really means
A long list of supported assets is a genuine convenience, but it changes the risk profile. Thinly traded coins can carry wider spreads, higher minimums, and slower fills, and support for a pair can be paused without much notice when liquidity dries up. The mainstream pairs tend to be the smoothest; the long tail is where quotes move most and where a test transaction is most worthwhile. We do not verify which pairs are live or how deep their liquidity is, so confirm both in the interface before relying on a specific route.
Fit
A workable option for users wanting no-signup swaps across many assets. Weaker for those who need a published status feed or firm recourse on large transactions.
